Stern-Med  provides services that are designed for anyone in need of a diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation course or aesthetic surgery, conducted at Israel’s top clinics.

Our well-established connections allow us to choose the best and most suitable treatment for each of our patients. As such, each treatment program is defined while considering not only the medical condition, but also, the individual needs and wishes of our patients.

Engaging with Stern-Med is a simple, streamlined process:
Step 1: Contact us by phone+972-3-558-21-61 or +972-50-782-37-82, email or by filling out the online application on Contacts page.
Step 2: Please send us all available diagnoses and/or medical assessments you may have. This will enable us to acquire an initial understanding of your case and develop a general and preliminary treatment strategy.
Step 3: Upon arrival in Israel, you will receive all necessary assistance from Stern-Med regarding accommodation and logistics.
Step 4: Primary medical consultation and your treatment plan will be discussed with professional staff.
Step 5: Following initial consultations, additional consultations will be conducted, followed by primary diagnostics, referrals for further examinations, and visits with specialists in accordance with your needs. All visits and examinations will be coordinated and accompanied by a Stern-Med employee that is fluent in your language. A referall is not necessary for consultation.
Step 6: You will receive diagnostics and undergo the recommended treatment plan and rehabilitation course.
Step 7: Upon completion of your treatment, we will maintain a continuous connection with you, even after you return to your country.

Any time is the right time. Stern-Med specializes in advanced examinations, preventive treatments and minimally invasive surgical procedures that can eliminate the need for more complex treatments or surgeries required at later stages of diseases. Correctly planned treatments and preparations promote optimal results in the shortest possible time.

The main treatment can be combined with additional treatments and examinations, depending on the capabilities and needs of each patient. Stern-Med requires an advance notice in order to carefully plan and confirm the entire treatment process.

Stern-Med service starts at the moment you get in touch with us, and continues throughout all stages until positive results from the treatment plan are achieved. Personalized and continuous care is at the core of our company, and the basis for our relationships with patients. Every patient is always under our constant supervision, and can contact our staff members at any time for any additional explanations or to request assistance.

In difficult cases that require an additional medical opinion or the opinion of an expert in a different field, patients will be provided with the required additional advice.

The cost is determined according to the complexity of the required examination, treatment and surgery as well as the treatment plan, qualifications of the doctors and the duration of the treatment. The cost depends on a number of criteria and is formed in accordance with recommendations provided by specialists, doctors and consultants. The cost breakdown includes consumables, duration of hospitalization, doctors and hospital fees and associated costs. This may include, for example, the cost of special transplants, express lab tests, and express histological studies, amongst others.

During your first visit, you will have a private meeting with our staff, conducted in a very comfortable setting. Accompanying persons may be present upon request. All information shared during the consultation is strictly confidential. Following this initial meeting, all further communications with Stern-Med will be conducted as needed, including:

1.  Consultations and explanations
2. Preparation for the assessment, treatment and surgery (or other procedures)
3. Escort and support throughout the entire process: management, interpreting services at all meetings and translation of medical reports as needed.
